You and your co-workers can play a role in helping to end this dispute and force management to rule out CR by taking the following actions:
- Attend the all-staff ‘Ask the VC’ event on 8th April 2025, hosted by CCCU UCU, and bring along a non-member: Results of Vote of No Confidence, launch of a new EEES, and ‘Ask the VC’ all-staff event
- Put up a poster advertising the above or flyer your workplace: ‘Ask the VC event’ poster
- Email your MP: Email your MP!
- Vote No Confidence: Vote of No Confidence in VC, SMT, and Board of Governors launched!
- Tell co-workers and students about both of the above and distribute these posters/leaflets to spread the word: VoNC Poster and Email your MP poster

- Show this PowerPoint to your students at the start of class: VoNC PowerPoint Slide
- Raise any concerns about the Transformational Change Programme to your branch committee by emailing ucu@canterbury.ac.uk
